The RUSA STARS International ILL Committee published an International ILL Shipping & Customs webpage hub in response to the chaos caused by the immediate termination of the de minimis exemption in the United States. The hub contains a variety of resources pertaining to international shipping.
The hub also contains a link to a Google form wherein members of the resource sharing community can submit updates about shipping & customs information to be added to a Shipping & Customs tab on the International ILL Toolkit.
