International Interlibrary Loan Toolkit
The International ILL Toolkit is a crowd-sourced toolkit for the global resource sharing community (from the perspective of U.S. libraries). It was originally created by members of OCLC SHARES and is now maintained by the RUSA STARS International ILL Committee.

RUSA STARS International ILL Committee
The ALA RUSA STARS International ILL Committee is charged with: evaluating trends in international ILL/resource sharing, developing and maintaining resources for global ILL practitioners, sponsoring & promoting international resource sharing efforts, and fostering global collaboration and partnerships through projects, training, and networking opportunities. The Committee performs an International ILL Survey, publishing and presenting on the results.
